This is a prefab guard shack, and like most, is already assembled.
Sliding windows and 36" sliding entrance door .It has a galvanized and stainless steel base floor. It comes with 4 wheels for easy mobility.
Great for use as a ticket booth, a guard shack, a guard booth, a toll booth, a security booth, a concession stand, or any other use you can dream up. Keep your employees out of the weather.
This unit does not come with any power or HVAC options, but can very easily be added by the
end user or we can add an HVAC/electric package for a fee.
