This is a prefab guard shack, and like most, is already assembled.
It is made by steel skinned insulated panels sandwiching 2" thick insulation.
The walls and roof are steel skinned insulated panels, it has sliding windows on 3 sides and a 36" swing open entrance door on one side. It has a galvanized floor and casters for easy mobility.
Great for use as a ticket booth, a guard shack, a guard booth, a toll booth, a security booth, a concession stand, or any other use you can dream up. Keep your employees out of the weather.
This unit does not come with any power or HVAC options, but can very easily be added by the end user or added by us before shipping for a nominal fee. Ask about our HVAC/electric package.
